Resolution
Resolves Yes if total votes cast divided by registered voters, both as stated in INEC's final declaration of the presidential result (first ballot), is greater than 30.0%. Turnout in 2023 was 26.7%. If INEC publishes only accredited voters, accredited voters divided by registered voters is used.
