Resolution
Resolves Yes if INEC announces a second (run-off) presidential election because no candidate satisfied Section 134 of the Constitution (highest number of votes and at least one quarter of the votes in at least two-thirds of the states and the FCT) on the first ballot. Resolves No when INEC declares a winner on the first ballot.
